We are a specialist manufacturer of single acting hydraulic cylinders, headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Our facility combines CNC turning and honing equipment with an in-house quality laboratory, allowing us to control every stage of production — from raw bar stock to final pressure test — without outsourcing critical processes.
Our engineering team holds deep expertise in hydraulic seal technology, surface treatment, and cylinder bore finishing. We work directly with OEM procurement teams and mechanical engineers to translate specifications into reliable, long-service-life cylinders — whether for agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, construction attachments, or industrial automation.
All products leave our facility with documented inspection records covering bore diameter, surface roughness (Ra value), wall thickness, and hydraulic pressure test results. This traceability is something we consider non-negotiable for any serious OEM partnership.

How We Ensure Every Cylinder Meets Spec
Quality is not a final check — it is built into every step of our production workflow.
Raw Material Incoming Inspection
Seamless steel tube stock is checked for chemical composition, hardness, and dimensional tolerances before entering production. We source from certified domestic mills with mill certificates on file.
CNC Machining & Honing
Cylinder bores are finish-honed to Ra 0.4–0.8 µm. Rod diameters are ground and hard-chrome plated to specified tolerances. In-process gauging is performed at each station by our QC inspectors.
Seal Assembly in Clean Environment
Piston seals, rod seals, and wiper rings are assembled in a dust-controlled area. Seal kits are selected by material grade (NBR / PU / PTFE) to match the customer's operating temperature and fluid type.
Hydraulic Pressure & Leak Test
Every finished cylinder is pressure-tested to 1.5× rated working pressure and held for a minimum of 5 minutes. Any unit showing seepage at port, rod, or end cap is quarantined and reworked before re-test.
