The steering hydraulic cylinder on a counterbalance forklift connects the steering axle to the orbitrol (steering control unit), converting hydraulic flow into lateral wheel movement. Low-Friction Steering Seal Design
Steering cylinder seal friction directly determines operator effort at the steering wheel.
